1. What is our business model?
Our business model is a production process where items are only made after an order is placed. This means we do not have a physical inventory of products waiting for a buyer. This reduces waste and allows us to offer a variety of designs and products.
2. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Our products are usually produced within 3-4 days of ordering. Delivery time is an additional 1-2 working days within Germany and 2-3 days for most other countries. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or special sales promotions, production and delivery times may be longer.
Shipping and delivery
All our products are shipped as insured packages with DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, GLS or UPS. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code. This allows you to check the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Shipping is always with tracking only within Germany. Shipping to all other countries is carried out at our discretion with UPS, Deutsche Post, DHL, GLS or DPD. Internationally, only deliveries that consist of at least two products are sent with tracking.
All orders over 60 EUR are shipped free of charge .

At Gamecharm, we make each individual piece specifically for you once you place your order. This business model allows us to avoid overproduction and lower our environmental footprint.
Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri) if available.
Production time on our fashion is typically 3-4 days, but can increase to up to 6 days during busy periods such as bank holidays. This is the time it takes for our dedicated production team to ensure your product meets the high standards you expect from us. Once completed, your product will be dispatched to you promptly. The delivery times for our Tech&Play products differ from those of our fashion items. For Tech&Play items, the delivery time is usually 10-12 days.

Additional costs
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional customs charges. These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance. They are collected by your country's customs authorities and are to be paid by the recipient.

We offer shipping options for Germany, the EU and internationally. The exact shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and are displayed during checkout.
4. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time using the link in this email.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately and therefore cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

All our products are made to order in Germany. We work with local producers to ensure that each product meets our high quality standards.
